1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Innerwear and lingerie (due to hygiene reasons)

• Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

• Items that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email at sales@kapdakart.co.in or through website chat

2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return

3. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup (if applicable)

4. After receiving the product, a quality check will be conducted

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• You will be required to share your bank account details

• Refund will be transferred directly to your bank account

5. Refund Timeline

• Refund initiation: Within 2–3 business days after inspection

• Amount credited: Within 5–7 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear images/videos as proof

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a return after delivery

9. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499

• Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return

• If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping is completely free
